Молодежь до 35 лет демонстрирует наибольшую уверенность в получении дополнительных выплат – 59%. Среди людей среднего возраста (35-45 лет) таких 54%, а среди старшего поколения (45+) – 47%. Высшее образование также коррелирует с ожиданиями: 62% обладателей дипломов рассчитывают на премию, в то время как среди тех, кто имеет среднее профессиональное образование, таких 43%. Наиболее обеспеченные жители Владивостока, зарабатывающие от 150 тысяч рублей в месяц, чаще других ожидают годовых премий – 66%.
