Правоохранительные органы Уссурийска продолжают расследование умышленного поджога неэксплуатируемого здания цирка, расположенного на улице Чичерина. Накануне сотрудники уголовного розыска задержали второго участника преступления. Им оказался 39-летний местный житель, который был доставлен в отдел полиции для дальнейшего разбирательства, сообщает РИА VladNews со ссылкой на пресс-службу УМВД России по Приморскому краю.

Напомним, что ранее по подозрению в совершении данного преступления был задержан 40-летний уссуриец. Его задержание стало результатом комплекса оперативно-розыскных мероприятий, проведенных при силовой поддержке Росгвардии.

По факту поджога возбуждено уголовное дело по статье "Умышленное уничтожение или повреждение чужого имущества, совершенное общеопасным способом". В отношении первого задержанного избрана мера пресечения в виде заключения под стражу. Решается вопрос об избрании меры пресечения и для второго подозреваемого.
